Your Instamart orders are in your Swiggy account. In the Swiggy app, tap your profile, open Past Orders and choose the Instamart tab. From what we’ve seen, Instamart shows only the past year of orders, so older orders don’t appear in the list. To search your Instamart orders in one list, with a total, connect Instamart to DineProfile.
Where to find your Instamart orders
- Open the Swiggy app and tap your profile.
- Open Past Orders.
- Choose the Instamart tab, then tap an order to see its items and its bill.
Swiggy’s support team gave these steps in February 2026. Swiggy also runs a separate Instamart app, which uses the same Swiggy account.
Why you can’t see your older Instamart orders
- Instamart shows only the past year. When DineProfile reads Instamart orders, the oldest order Instamart returns is about a year old.
- The order was placed in Incognito Mode. Swiggy’s Incognito Mode hides a food or Instamart order from your order history three hours after you place the order, Swiggy said when it began offering the mode to some users in September 2024.
- You’re looking at your food orders. Instamart orders sit under the Instamart tab in Past Orders, apart from your Swiggy food orders.
- You ordered from another number. Swiggy keeps the history of the account you signed in to, so orders placed from a different mobile number sit in a different account.
Download an Instamart invoice
Open the order from the Instamart tab in Past Orders and tap Download Invoice. Swiggy’s support page also says you can email support@swiggy.in for an invoice, and Swiggy replies within 24 to 48 hours.
Search every Instamart order and see your total
Your DineProfile report lists every Instamart order that Instamart still shows, newest first. Search the list for an item or a brand, and open any order to see what you bought and what you paid. Your report also adds up your Instamart total by year and by month, ranks the items you buy and adds up the handling, small-cart and delivery fees on your receipts.
