To see your Swiggy order history, open the Swiggy app, tap your profile and open Past Orders. Past Orders lists your food orders back to your oldest order, newest first, and your Instamart orders sit under the Instamart tab in the same section. The Swiggy app doesn’t show how many orders you’ve placed or what you’ve spent in total. To search every Swiggy order in one list, with your total, connect Swiggy to DineProfile.
Where to find your Swiggy orders

Get a Swiggy invoice
- For a food order, open the order, tap Help and choose the payment and bill option, Swiggy’s support team explained.
- For an Instamart order, open the order from the Instamart tab and tap Download Invoice.
- Swiggy’s support page also says you can email support@swiggy.in for an invoice, and Swiggy replies within 24 to 48 hours.
Why a Swiggy order may not show
- The order was placed in Incognito Mode. Swiggy’s Incognito Mode hides an order from your order history three hours after you place the order, Swiggy said when it began offering the mode to some users in September 2024.
- You’re looking in the wrong list. Food orders and Instamart orders share one Swiggy account, so check the Instamart tab as well as your food orders.
- You ordered from another number. Swiggy keeps the history of the account you signed in to, so orders placed from a different mobile number sit in a different account.
Search every Swiggy order and see your total
Your DineProfile report lists every Swiggy food order in your history, newest first. Search the list for a dish or a restaurant, and open any order to see what you ordered and what you paid. Your report counts your Swiggy orders, adds up your Swiggy total by year and by month, ranks your restaurants and dishes, and adds up the platform fees, delivery fees, taxes and tips on your receipts.
