To see your Zepto order history, open the Zepto app, tap your profile and open your orders. Zepto lists every order back to your oldest order, newest first. Zepto has no way to delete a single order: in January 2025 the only way to remove your Zepto order history was to delete your Zepto account, Gizbot reported, and we haven’t seen a change since. Can you delete your Zepto order history?
Gizbot reported in January 2025 that Zepto had no way to delete a single order, and that deleting your Zepto account was the only way to remove your order history. If you plan to delete your Zepto account to clear your history, connect Zepto to DineProfile first. DineProfile keeps your order history while your DineProfile account is open, so you still have a record of your Zepto orders and your Zepto total.

Zepto’s terms of use say one order can come with two tax invoices: one issued for the seller of the items and a separate one from Zepto.
Why a Zepto order may be missing
- You ordered from another number. Zepto keeps the history of the account you signed in to, so orders placed from a different mobile number sit in a different account.
- You deleted an earlier Zepto account. Deleting a Zepto account removes that account’s order history.
Search every Zepto order and see your total
Your DineProfile report lists every Zepto order in your history, newest first. Search the list for an item or a brand and open any order to see what you bought and what you paid. Your report also adds up your Zepto total by year and by month, ranks the items you buy and adds up the fees on your receipts, from before and after Zepto dropped its handling and small-cart fees in November 2025.
